Eligibility & Investment Requirements

Contribution to the national development & social fund: Contribute at least €750,000 to Malta after completing 1 year of residency or €600,000 after completing 3 years of residency.

Philanthropic donation: Philanthropic contribution of at least €10,000.

Fit & Proper test: Applicants must demonstrate a clean criminal record, verified with the International Criminal Court, INTERPOL and other authorities.

(Recommendation) Genuine connection: Proof of ties to Malta such as holding memberships in local clubs or participation in local activities, among others.
