Matthew T. Galati is Named a Five-Time “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine

Congratulations to Matthew T. Galati for being named as a Rising Star among immigration lawyers in Pennsylvania

Principal of The Galati Law Firm, Matthew T. Galati, was once again named to the list of Pennsylvania’s “Rising Stars” by Super Lawyers magazine for the fifth time.

Super Lawyers Magazine annually evaluates leading lawyers from many legal disciplines in selecting its top annual lists. Among other criteria, this process includes a nomination by peers who are familiar with the work of the nominee. The criteria for the recognition are strict - the magazine will include no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys from each state to its publications.

Over the past few years, Matt has focused the majority of his practice on EB-5 and E-2 related matters, resulting in the preparation of hundreds of investor petitions, as well as regularly advising U.S. companies utilizing the EB-5 program. Matt is also a seasoned litigator, having wrought dozens of approvals following USCIS delays and lawsuits prevailing successfully over the agency following arbitrary denials. His client base of the “best and brightest” consist of engineers, scientists, medical professionals, businessmen and women, and many more. Matt was first named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2016.
